Blades Of Brim

  • As Lead Tools Developer, Sam prototyped gameplay and led the Unity tools team
  • Role responsibilities include requirements analysis, workflow improvement, & creating custom tools
  • In Blades of Brim, become a knight with cool missions and unlimited weapon & armor upgrades
  • Blades of Brim hit 10M downloads on iOS & Android

Beamable

  • As Senior Unity Developer, Sam collaborated to design and author the Beamable SDK For Unity Online Documentation
  • Role responsibilities include authoring web pages, images, diagrams, SDK example projects, and completed sample game projects to benefit the technical education of customers
  • Beamable is the creator-centric platform for building live games in Unity. Beamable simplifies everything from updating your game, selling items via special offers, to live events with leaderboards. Visual prefabs for Unity and the ability to keep all your server code in C# means life is simpler and you get to market faster

Heroic Labs

  • As Game Developer, Sam released the Pirate Panic Sample Game code-base to onboard new devs
  • Role responsibilities include refactoring systems for intelligibility/teachability, & sample games
  • Heroic Lab’s offers “Nakama” is a scalable server for social and real-time games and apps. With Nakama server you can add user authentication, social networking, storage, and real-time data exchange into your apps and games. It is developed by Heroic Labs to handle the difficult but essential services that go into all social and real-time games and apps

Shiftlings

  • As Senior Unity Game Programmer, Sam game-designed and developed on Shiftlings @ RockPocket Games
  • Role responsibilities include level-design tooling, gameplay, console controller input, and menus
  • Shiftlings is a colorful puzzle platformer with a twist! You’re controlling two quirky custodians who are tethered together; one large and one small
  • Shiftlings is published by Sierra Games for XBox One, PS4, & Steam PC. – SierraGames.com

Saganworks

  • As Lead Unity Game Developer, Sam lead architecture & dev on SaganVerse (Formerly Saganworks)
  • Role responsibilities include personnel management, project ownership, & full dev on Unity app

  • As Lead Unity Game Developer, Sam architected and refactored the codebase for scalability
  • Role responsibilities include feature development, refactoring for scalability, and team education
  • Educational Entertainment Mathstronaut combines modern technology and education to deliver an experience that meets the needs of students, teachers and parents.   • Sam served as Multimedia Lead & Founding Team Consultant on MyYearbook
  • Role responsibilities include system design and development of the proprietary multiplayer gaming API
  • He served on the consulting team as MyYearbook sold for $100M to Quepasa. – NJ.com

Neopets

  • As Director Of Multimedia & Founding Team Member, Sam grew Neopets through venture exit
  • Role responsibilities include producer / developer on 100+ casual games @ Neopets
  • Neopets website playtime averages 6 hours and 15 minutes per-user per-month. – Wired.com
  • Sam served on the founding team as Neopets sold for $160M to  Viacom / MTV. – Forbes.com
